M.A.R.S. Collective is a 501c3 nonprofit wing of Wiley’s Last Resort. M.A.R.S. Collective is the umbrella company for projects here at Wiley’s Last Resort including Swarp Co (Music Events Wing), Flamingrow Gardens (Appalachian Agriculture Wing), Bad Branch Institute (Education Wing) and Kudzu Media (Media Cooperative for Artists & Creatives).

All attendees, at Wiley’s Last Resort (WLR) or any M.A.R.S. Collective events, by their attendance, accept full responsibility for anything good, bad, or indifferent that may happen and will not hold WLR or M.A.R.S. Collective responsible for anything that may happen and agree not to bring refreshing cold beverages in bottles. In other words, you're responsible for yourself.
